It's Phonics day at UEA! Primary PGCE trainee teachers are learning all about how to teach Phonics.

Many thanks to Lee from @englandrugby for visiting the PE PGCE students today, delivering a jam packed practical on Rugby skills and engagement. Our students will be putting this teaching practice into use as they go onto their placements this week ! 🏉

Yesterday 2 of our PGCE lecturers Sarah (primary) and Sophie (secondary), along with Carlene (SWK) & 3 students, led a cross-faculty symposium looking at the enabling & inhibiting factors for minoritised students on placement in EDU, SWK & HSC UEA
