Our women's team fenced fantastically over the weekend, beating Nottingham (133-111) and Oxford 2nds (133-102) but then narrowly losing to Oxford brookes (128-131). Keep it up for the next tournament day! 🙌🙌 #ueasport #winning

Our spring semester beginners course continues tonight! This week we'll be working on improving the success of your attacks before moving onto Sabre next week. For our Autumn semester beginners Rob will again be on hand at the end of the course to assist with refereeing.

Our latest beginners course continues this Monday with our Spring beginners getting their first experience of Sabre fencing! Plus if you were a beginner last semester but want to learn a second or third weapon, then feel free to join in any sessions that interest you! 🤺

Yesterday we went to Old Buckenham High School to introduce the young fencers there to electric fencing. Was a fantastic afternoon teaching them how to use electric gear and we hope to go back there soon! 🤺🤺 #fencing #outreach #ueasport

Congratulations to our latest cohort of beginners who have now graduated from their 3-weapon beginners course - this was the first time we as a club have tried to incorporate the techniques and tactics of all 3 weapons in one course but we think they smashed it!
