Thanks to everyone who came to tidy up the Meadows / Lacy St. What a lovely bunch of residents - the skip was filled, the trollies corralled and returned to Stretford Town Centre - picked up loads of casework too! All in that was a good mornings work 🌹🌹🌹

A sunny afternoon on the doorstep in Stretford & Humphrey Park Ward, great to be joined by Andrew Western MP ☀️🌹

Fantastic to join councillors in Flixton today for a preview of our Shawe Rd ‘Next Steps’ accommodation. Another example of Trafford Labour Council action to address the housing crisis. Great partnership work between the council and MSV Housing 🏠

Good to catch up earlier with our new Executive Member for Housing & Advice, George Devlin. A thriving economy & homes for all is one of our top Trafford Labour priorities. You can read more in my latest The Messenger column: messengernewspapers.co.uk/news/community…

Back out on the doorstep along Urmston Lane in Stretford earlier with ward colleagues Cllr Jane Slater & Cllr Steve Adshead as well as other members of the Trafford Labour team. Topics raised included Stretford regeneration, the Robin Hood Pub site and the Bee Network.
