In June I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic. My weight had ballooned back up to between 225-230. My doctor informed me that it was time for lifestyle changes. This morning I got on the scale, & it read 203.2 lbs. My first goal was 210. I’m now 3 pounds away from my next goal of 200!
