We have spent years making the internet for people and to keep out bots. The idea the agentic web is around the corner is utterly nuts Ps people use the internet more than they need to because they like it. They like shopping. They like reading. They like browsing

For the 99th time. Conversations aren’t very good ways to do most things. Search/ sort / filter/ maps/and images is by far the best UX for most things

It always annoys me that people are so happy talking about AI as if it's a defined noun. Like you open a box of AI, like one day AI arrives in the office, as if it's something that has any clarity. It's as vague as saying "smarter computing."

Flew over the Grand Canyon a few days ago. Everyone had their window blinds down. I felt a lot of pressure to close it It’s absolutely bananas to me people would rather stare at a screen than reality.
