Pretty nice day here in Sumter, SC for the Palmetto Games. Lots of good uncommitted talent on the field! Very high quality baseball in the state of South Carolina! Diamond Prospects

Body language tells your story. You can strike out, get lit up, boot a grounder — but if you hang your head, you just quit on your boys. 💯 Real ballplayers keep their chin up and get back to work.

When scouting/evaluating a player, you must also pay attention to the competition they're facing. Don't just look at their intangible tools, look at who they're competing against and see if those intangibles show up against equal or better competition

The Milwaukee Brewers only have 3 position players on their current roster that are taller than 6'. The rest range from 5'7" to 5'11". But they all look like they spend a good amount of time in the weightroom. Make up for your lack of height with strength! 💪

#roadto90 starting this week,a new diet and workout routine. Looking to 8-10mph to my fastball by senior year by working out 2x a day most days. Let’s see where I’m at a year from now. This should also help my stamina deep in the game. See you at the finish line. #LFG

If you or anyone else needs machines, data and analytics to figure out if a player has value. You or they are pretenders and what is ruining the game.

2026 commits, hang on to your hats! Some of these schools have 15 to 18 commits. I promise ya, they're not keeping or bringing in those kind of numbers. Not when they can go get the "old guys" in the portal from schools x,y,z

Baseball Twitter is wild because former major leaguers are out in the world doing the lords work coaching high school baseball and some dude named ray3859 with no profile picture will chirp every single post from the cubicle of a job they aren’t even good at.

#1 Principle to avoid Arm Surgery: Do not SHOCK your arm. This is what happens when your arm is not FULLY Stretched Out/Conditioned PRIOR to High Intent Days. For HS/College players in SHAPE, that means ~ 250-300 Feet. Full RANGE OF MOTION prior to Full Intensity. PERIOD.
