Elanga for £55m. I’m OK with that. It’s at the higher end of what he’s worth/slightly over the odds, but I do like him. He’s already mates with Isak and Osula and I think Howe can bring him on some more, so I don’t mind at all.

Criticism of Saudi is OK. I’ve no problem with that whatsoever. It’s the hypocracy that’s the issue. If Oliver Holt was critical of all Saudi investment then I could respect his point of view.

dormant I agree that clubs like Villa, Forest and Newcastle are on the wrong side of history when it comes to PSR. The rules were introduced to prevent a NEW Chelsea or City challenging the established elite. They have nothing to do with either profitability or sustainability.
