D-O-N-E, done! 325 crayons colored by Caldwell Elementary students on the bulletin boards outside of the music room (actually there are only 220 out there. The rest of them are making up the border of the billeting board outside of my room).

Super proud of my student whose artwork is now hanging in the Polk Museum of Art! For anyone interested, the K-5 student exhibit opened this morning and their is some great work in it!

There are only a few pieces of clothing that I own that don’t have a stain on them!

A2 I will be my biggest barrier. Fear of failure, not enough gumption to stand up. But that will all be in my head. Thankfully once I get in a group my head shuts up! #polkteachers lead

A3 My hope is that addressing the 5 dysfunctions with my new team will create a better culture and therefore make our meetings more productive and thus make our school more successful #polkteacherslead
