i know i spend a lot of time on here gassing up Ram V but i stopped reading for personal enjoyment and this book brought me out of a YEARS-long drought. i can’t express my gratitude enough, i’m a librarian now, it changed the trajectory of my life

I broke into comics at 40. I’m 44 now, and have roughly 350+ illustrations for clients like Marvel, DC, Sony, Paramount, Coca Cola, Square Enix, Porsche and many others. I also didn’t draw for my entire 20s, and had to relearn to draw after vision issues at 30. Stick with it.

I started to draw comic-books at 38.

My 1st comic was published by Image in the same year I won Best Emerging Talent at the British Comic Awards and also the same year as the last big building project I helped lead won a National Award and was nominated for another (the Stirling). That was ten years ago. I was 44.
