I love the scope of this world and Dev is an incredible artist who has only improved over the years. They didn't get to tell the whole tale and I think that helps it live on in my mind.

Currently reading; Detective Comics Vol. 2 'Gotham Nocturne: Act I' by Ram V, Ivan Reis and Danny Miki. After that first volume, I couldn't wait to pick this up. It's an incredibly well put together book, figuratively and literally. Loving it so far!

I've read Moore scripts more detailed. I've read Gaiman scripts more detailed. There is no one general rule.

The endpoint of the script is to transmit idea, atmosphere and content. Think for yourself about how much detail (or lack of) it requires.

First time I read a comic script was Morrisson's in the back of the Arkham Asylum trade. I was 19/20 at the time...I shrugged, 'huh...I can do that!' & put it away.

12 years on, I struggled for a year, to write some 60 pages of Black Mumba.

I may have been a bit cocky at 19.

Lots of scripting conversations I write full-script. One thing I don't see mentioned. When you've been working with an artist for years, long descriptions aren't needed. They get it. It's how collaborations work.
