Two years ago this week, Brooks Koepka won the Phoenix Open and got emotional about what will likely be his last PGA Tour win. Today, he shot 78 at the International Series Oman, sits behind Jbe Kruger, Danthai Boonma and Honey Baisoya on the board and missed the cut by two.
