Congratulations to our former student Dr Alexandra Delaney-Bhattacharya who graduated today with her PhD from the Faculty of Arts, Design & Media at Birmingham City University. Her thesis examined the representation of white femininity in post-2000s Bollywood cinema. Well done Dr Lex!


It was a very nice morning, though very cold outside. Got to catch up with the goodness that is Indy Hunjan Kala Phool, visited St Paul's Church for a quiet moment and lit a candle, and met a former student after their PhD graduation. Thank you Thursday
