Kate Henwood USA Lacrosse Totally agree. It’s a boys field with girls lines stuffed in with zero concessions or compromise for the girls lines. Don’t call it unified when only one side makes all the adjustments.

Don’t play the game to “be seen”, or to “get exposure”… Play it because you love it, give it your all, BE WHERE YOUR FEET ARE, and the rest will take care of itself!

Practice is the most misused word in any sport. Practice isn’t just showing up. It’s hard work, discomfort, challenges, failing, intensity. Practice is preparation; it’s training. There’re no secrets. The greatest players are in the gym the most & never try to fake it. They work!

Treat everyone with respect. That lower level coach you just blew off could be at your dream school next year. Be grateful that any coach is reaching out. Lots of players would love to be in your shoes. Talent is one thing, but an athlete who’s humble & respectful is next level!
