What an absolutely lush Membership Services Conference that was! There’s a whole to of people to thank for making it such a wonderful event, but big props to NUS UK, native, Alan Roberts and the fantastic The Union, Manchester Metropolitan University staff and team for hosting. So many highlights of MSC this year, but the biggest highlight for me is that despite the challenging times we find ourselves in, staff across the movement are working so bloody hard in the student interest to give them the best experience possible. Some incredible work going on.
