The natural gas industry continues to make strides in methane mitigation. A new S&P Global Commodity Insights analysis shows absolute GHG emissions in the Permian Basin fell 20% from 2022 to 2024 — even as production grew — thanks to a 50% drop in methane intensity across the basin. Read more:
