The manager told me “we don’t hire foreign workers”. With youth unemployment at the highest it’s been in 25 years, it’s important to support places that HIRE CANADIANS! Webers on Hwy 11, Ontario has great service and burgers 🍔 Next post for more 👇

🚨 MUST WATCH: ONE OF THE BEST TRUMP SPEECHES OF ALL TIME!! "In America, the people govern, the people rule, and the people are sovereign. I was elected not to take power, but to give power to the American people where it belongs."

No doubt the bloom is off the EV rose (almost) everyone caught on, buyers, auto makers, proponents have toned down. Even the “greenies” caught on One of the few that's still full-on is Canada's Parachuted Prime Minister Carney Methinks his clock ticks louder by the day

Only happen in Canada could a political party that the leader and cabinet disgraced themselves so low in the eyes of voters they realize their only hope was parachute an unknown outsider then create a fiction story to get him elected Prime Minister

Canada’s Canola Crisis As trade tensions flare Canada must diversify its agricultural markets or risk serious economic losses Not just markets I read comments suggesting Canola may not be the healthiest product Farm land can grow multiple crops now is the time to diversify

Two big stories getting a lot of attention in Canada right now are the father in North York who was exec**ed infront of his kids during a home invasion. And the grotesque a**ault on a toddler in Welland. How did neither of those stories make it on The National or the CTV

It seems to me that our Charter of Rights is all wacky. It does more to protect the rights of the criminals, like the Welland man facing another charge of child sexual assault after being freed early from his first conviction, and not enough to protect the innocent like the guy

This comment is a bit long but well worth the read TIME TO MAKE QUEBEC PAY Re: Carney’s deference to Quebec undercuts LNG announcement, Lorne Gunter column, Aug. 27 In Ontario, the world revolves around Toronto, and in Canada the world revolves around Quebec. Enough is enough.

Of all the things the Carney (mis?)Government has done wrong (and there are plenty of them) the furor over the “Ostrich Kill” has infuriated a slew of ordinary citizens. This is blatant political hypocrisy at its worst.

So Carneys going to tighten up the bail system. Good for him One more idea/policy plagiarized from Poilievre. Poilievre doesn’t really need to elected. He’s running the govt from the opposition benches as Opposition leader

I read anti-Trumpers moaning about 11 people on board a ship, described by U.S. administration as "a drug ship from Venezuela" were killed in a strike in international waters My perspective says compared to the number that WON'T DIE HORRIBLE DRUG DEATHS it's a good number

The Liberal grasp on Canada rests largely on Ontario voters When Alberta and Saskatchewan depart Confederation (that stands a very high chance of happening) whatever remains of our once great nation will forever be at the less than tender mercies of the Liberal Party

It would take me 6 months to 1 year to get an MRI in Ontario. If I’m lucky. But I’m paying a few hundred bucks and going to Buffalo instead. Got my appointment in a week. They had a cancellation and I could have had it within 24 hours Our healthcare system is a disaster

I think we should just divide the country in half. Liberals to the east. Conservatives to the west. Problem solved. You’re welcome Canada 🇨🇦

Upset cafe owners on Vancouver talk radio today complaining about the effect cheap immigrant labour is having on their business This is entry-level for teenagers If they get fired its not a life altering problem Different story if they screw up on their 1st job at age 25
