Great to be out on Mark Lonergan’s farm today for a Teagasc and Dairygold Co-Op farm walk near Cashel, Co. Tipperary. Great discussions around breeding, managing grass and clover incorporation. Cows are milking well producing 2.14 kg/MS/cow/day

Great turnout to Mark Lonergan's farm walk yesterday, Mark spoke about his journey participating in the Teagasc Dairygold Joint-Programme and his key learnings. Key areas of focus is Improving herd EBI, Matching appropriate Stocking rate to grass growth, Clover Management, reducing GHG Emissions.
