he would join the act because he wouldn't imediatly realize the flaws with it and then just quit at the first mistep, whatever it may be. Ben is okay with authority and law enforcement of any kind until it clashes with what HE wants.

This take is honestly insanely annoying dawg, there isn't a set maturity for teenagers, people don't develope maturity the same way at the same time, and at some point you gotta draw the line at that fake sense of "realism" to actually write compelling characters
