The CRE market has finally returned to a “normal” pace after a slow summer—especially across Tampa Bay, Central Florida, and West FL. Deals are harder to find, competition is tighter, and securing the right space requires deeper local insight and strategic guidance.

There’s a major resurgence in “Big Bomber” 1M+ SF industrial facilities. Approximately 85 of these massive projects are active nationwide, with Amazon, Walmart, and Google absorbing roughly 75% of them.
