During WW1, women on war work in factories formed teams of their own. Their games were hugely popular. Hear Steve Bolton’s talk - ‘Orwell Ladies FC of the Great War to the Tractor Girls of Today: Over 100 Years of Women’s Football in Suffolk’ on 19th July at the Great War Huts

The regional Gallipoli Association conference in conjunction with Great War Huts was a great success today. With nearly 70 attendees and a mix of Western Front rain and Gallipoli sunshine, the day couldn’t have gone better. Thanks all - Steve Snelling Taff and Peter Hart
