Many congratulations to Dominic Duffy (Dominic Duffy) who successfully defended his PhD thesis today. The title of Dominic's thesis is "Development of Novel Semiconductor Materials and Type-II Heterostructures for Infrared Applications". Well done Dr. Duffy!
