When Manjulika Singh invited me to speak at Pam Gosal MBE MSP’s International Yoga Day event Scottish Parliament yesterday, I was excited to introduce our leaders to the many benefits of yoga. After a challenging few weeks, meditation and breath work could be just what they need right now.
