Do not plan your goals by what you want to achieve. Plan then by the states you wish to experience. What states do you want to experience this year? Love, joy, peace? etc etc Write the states you wish to live in and experience … then plan your daily activities around that!

Everyone deserves happiness. Allow them to find it in whatever way works for them.

The quickest way to reveal your true nature (ie. Pure awareness with no boundaries), is to release abs remove what you are not. Keep processing and releasing until only awareness remains

As a husband you are the leader of the household. You are the standard setter. You are the example for your children. What standard are you setting for them?

Don’t give your family the “leftovers” and let work take your best energy. Give your best energy to your family and let work have the “leftovers”!
