Nathan Baugh For me itโs the Strong - Workout Tracker ๐๏ธ It drastically reduces the mental effort required for me to get myself to the gym. I input my workouts, go to gym, click start workout on Apple Watch then brain turn off and I can focus on my lifts (built in rest timers are great)
