My solutions: 1. Drive Rush overhead on block leaves you punishable (-4) or -3 at the very least OR Only +4 on hit. One or the other 2. Raw Drive Rush is always in a punish counter state 3. Throw loops are only possible via drive rush(spending drive meter)
