I don't what to tell you guys, but the divide btwn "online" & "irl" doesn't exist. It never has. How folks conduct themselves here *is* real life & the way they play fast & loose w/ truth has implications for embodied relationships everywhere.

I think the best language learning method is one that mixes things up a bit. I don't believe in 'only immersion', 'only language lessons' or 'only speaking'.

friendly reminder that you didn’t waste your year. any moments of happiness or comfort, any small accomplishments or discovery, they all matter. this has been a really hard year, and simply surviving is something to be proud of.

Be careful when you hold tightly to institutions. Nothing lasts forever. There are a thousand worlds waiting to be born.

So far I have been disappointed in every book discussion space I have entered, except the Indigenous one. But I love talking about books 😞
