Canβt say it often enough; The Church of England response to safeguarding is not normal. This not how responsible institutions behave.
Important to remember that The Church of England has had all the advice it needs. Every competent safeguarding expert arrives at the same conclusion, but it seems convinced that they know better. Its track record suggests otherwise.
