Additional details from @clevelandart on its Roman statue: Tests included comparing molds of the feet to stone pedestals at Sebasteion, (AKA Bubon) plus lead isotope analyses and tests on soil within the statue led CMA to conclude it "had likely been unearthed at Bubon."
