15.06 (Hand timed) 110 meter hurdle race. π²π³ π΄π°ππ πππ°π²πΊ & π΅πΈπ΄π»π³ Clark McCready
Had a pretty good day at the Pan-Ram invitational! PR'd in the 110m hurdles with a 15.11 and still have a lot to work on. In the 300m hurdles had a decent race and ran a 40.81 (Not a PR). And I was 1st leg for our 4x1 which placed 3rd place. π²π³ π΄π°ππ πππ°π²πΊ & π΅πΈπ΄π»π³ Clark McCready
Attended the West Chester Henderson Invite and had a blast. with a Triple Jump of 44'8 won the triple jump competition. We also achieved state qualifying times and won both the 4x1 and 4x4 events. A Freshman only. (Third leg for the 4x4) π²π³ π΄π°ππ πππ°π²πΊ & π΅πΈπ΄π»π³
