I'm curious at the thinking of the hedge planter. On this wide verge why plant a double row to walk down the ditch, need annual cutting and impact on current ditch annual work. Single row 3 foot into verge would make more room for growth and function. #Agriculture

I have finally finished processing the #nocmig recording from Dungeness Bird Observatory for the night of the 25th to 26th March. An absolutely ridiculous night of nocturnal migration! The picture of the sonogram just shows a minute worth of Redwing calls. trektellen.nl/count/view/240…

There was 3 candidates missing but one party put the effort in to send some one else and all attending fully and properly engaged. There are a lot of members of green organisations that will be influenced by this.

Oh the irony! I've been to #Lincolnshire on many occasions to offer support to those newly flooded! #Lincolnshire's #flood risk is serious and should be treated so! . BBC News - Will anyone miss a council flood committee? bbc.com/news/articles/…

A couple of arable fields have been left and going to rough grass and orchids. Any one tried cut and collect followed by bird/pollen mix sowing via direct drilling or am I wasting my time. James Rebanks
