Our latest paper out StemCellReports ! We reprogrammed primed hESCs to blastomere-like stage using short DUX4 pulse and show that SLC34A2, coding NaPi2b, can be used to enrich these cells. The first paper for Ida & Sonja Nykänen at my lab Functional Embryo Genomics lab Congratulations!🥳 1/3
