US District Judge Charles R. Breyer had serious questions about the adequacy of a plea deal reached in the case of a Napa Valley man who conspired to fire bomb the Democratic Party State HQ in Sacramento.

Judge Breyer said he needed to be convinced that a proposed 7-9 year prison sentence adequately reflects the danger posed by defendant Ian Rogers who he said, "harbors a very serious grudge against the government and may very well be motivated to 'get even'" KQED News
