We negotiated with the private companies since the 90s to give them the flexibility they wanted and in return we got a share of the productivity savings (that's how negotiation works). What antiquated practices? Name them. #ASLEF

No, the negotiations (on the DfT side) were actually done by a highly respected rail professionals who were industry leaders and previously MDs of private rail operators I know, I was there #ASLEF
