Warning to anyone using trainline app. Accidentally activated the wrong ticket today and they won’t deactivate it so have just wasted £100. Also you have to use within 6 hours which it doesn’t mention on the app. Spend so much money with these people; even a refund would work

Does anyone know how to get hold of support Coursera? I have tried to unsubscribe but have been charged again and CANNOT find a support contact. Worst experience ever.

Please everyone stay away from Coursera. I signed up to one of their courses (which was useless anyway) and then tried to cancel my subscription but they carried on charging me for 3 months even though says it’s cancelled on site.and there is no way of getting hold of them.
