THIS IS DISGRACEFUL: Brian Whittle MSP (Brian Whittle OLY) says it is unacceptable that MSPs learned just a week before the final vote that parts of the Scottish assisted suicide Bill may not even be legally competent.

Breaking! Liam McArthur does not rule out doctors euthanising patients where an assisted suicide has failed. This is an astonishing development in Holyrood.
