Si Cunningham Paul H Indeed. Here’s what J B Priestley wrote about Bruddersford (his fictional name for Bradford) in his excellent 1946 novel ‘Bright Day’. The book is somewhat autobiographical, though Priestley and his protagonist Gregory Dawson are not the same.
