Can I add that 'Do Not Resuscitate' means just that but we can still 🤒 Treat the treatable 🫂Care 🚑 Admit to hospital or provide acute care at home if it's the right thing ❔Hold uncertainty 👂Listen & act on what matters And- RESPECT is more the DNR and 'ward based care'
