Harford ward’s (a male acute ward The Glenbourne Unit ) project aimed to reduce restricted items being brought on the ward. Their biggest achievement is that interventions are proportionate and they do not apply a blanket restrictive policy...fantastic work!!

Thanks to our wonderful Staff Nurse Karen who designed and put together a peaceful space on Harford Ward for both our patients and staff to use The Glenbourne Unit . Such a relaxing and calming space.
