Jan. 26- Four IDHS employees were awarded for their role in Operation Allies Welcome, which began Sept. 1 when 7,201 Afghan evacuees were brought to Camp Atterbury. IDHS helped oversee over 2.6 million generous donations from various organizations and Hoosiers across the state.

Indiana homeowners and renters impacted by the March 31 – April 1 storms in these counties may apply for assistance to help cover uninsured losses, temporary lodging, basic home repairs & other disaster-related expenses. If you have insurance, file a claim as soon as possible.
