So MoneySavingExpert at the beginning of August I was told my payments for Gas & Elec were on track and I was in credit. Today I have received my Direct Debit readjustment and my bills now add up to £12600 a year. Yes £12600 #BritishGas

So, following a slightly nervous weekend regarding the 1000% increase in my Gas bill, I have had a very apologetic conversation from British Gas this morning informing me of their mistake. Thankfully my utility bills are no longer £12600.
