Whilst looking at NHS reform we also need to prioritise investment in colleague wellbeing - at system level. Needs system change around need to address workplace factors and team factors and not purely focus on building individual resilience. No staff = No #NHS Wes Streeting MP
Dear anna baverstock, this is wonderful. System change that supports recovery from burnout by building, maintaining and repairing relationships at work is what will save the NHS. Government targets need to focus on staff wellbeing and not our productivity.
