I don't routinely use ballon guide catheters, but here is a case that would have been impossible without one. 70 yo patient with left hemiplegia and NIHSS 15 in the setting of a type A aortic dissection extending into the RICA with a very complex arch graft recon.

Great results. Looking forward to final analysis and the embo only cohorts from the trials.
