Just to allay concerns tonight. From April 2025, employer NICs will increase by 1.2 percentage points. DfE has confirmed that schools will be compensated to cover this increase. I’m absolutely abhorred to use X for this but sadly unless I’m very public I won’t get a response ZJ has been denied a EHCP assessment despite operating at the age of a 9 month old when she is 22 months Mediation applied, ignored so far by Kent County Council in order to kick to

long grass & avoid support. This is a beautiful girl where early intervention is the key. The decision to not assess is one which is illegal. I have to chase & chase & the council have audacity to not respond Am I surprised? Of course I am not. KentOnline
