Reading Buddies with Riverside Adders

Today we have been investigating the different classifications of animals.

We have been investigating what makes fish fish and explored the gills, mouth, tail and fins. Riverside Primary #riversidesciencesquad

We have been practicing finding the difference in maths this week and using what we already know about the whole part model to help us.

What a lovely gift from Mrs Whitehead for Conkers. She bought us a special class book from our British hero @TimPeake who had even signed our book. #specialbooks

We are so lucky to have a visit from A-Zsafari parties. We got to consolidate our learning from science and figure out what classification of animal each was and what food it ate.

We have impressed Mrs Lahive with our stunning “I am enough” poems ❤️

Today we checked on our sunflowers and replanted them outside. #watch this space 🌻

We were absolutely heartbroken to come into school this morning to find lots of our outdoor things completely destroyed… Fencing, arches & benches in the playground. If anyone sees or hears anything please contact the school / Police immediately. We can not let this continue! 😥
