Plants suck at converting photons from the sun into energy (0.15%) vs pv solar panels (20%) - the one thing going for plants is they self replicate. But if we have a choice of how to use land & how to store / consume energy it should be PV + battery + electric system

I know there is a mismatch in capability and regulation when I spend 50%+ of my time now manually driving as the car has banned me from autopilot for not paying attention. the manual driving is far more dangerous than a distracted person letting autopilot drive
