Great meet today at Goddard/Lake Afton! We are still bringing times down and looking good at this point in the season! Shout out to Edyson Herod for winning the JV race! Saturday is Rimrock! milesplit.live/meets/630073

I am so happy for our XC team & their performance at the AVCTL DIV. 4 meet! We had awesome PRs and some of us are knocking a minute off our times still. Our girls are 4X league Champs. Our boys now have 3 under 19 minutes and 2 on the cusp of breaking 19. Regional time!

‼️ XC STATE SCHEDULE CHANGE ‼️ Due to the rainy forecast slated for tomorrow morning, races will start every 30 minutes at BOTH Rim Rock Farm and the Wamego Country Club. It’s going to be muddy, rainy, and cold, so make sure you are prepared for the conditions!

Let's wish Kimber, Sam and Mya good luck as we travel to Wamego for the 4A State Meet tomorrow! We also had a visit from an awesome alum, Alexa Marshall, to talk to them and give them some inspiring words! This is such a special time for our program! #statebound

Meet Day!!

First of MVP’s of the Meet - Girl’s Throwers Relay Paula Alsasua, Mady Barger, Addie Rockley, and Hannah Reeves combine to break the school record for this event tonight! Congrats ladies!!

Another MVP of the Meet - Nick Bentley! Nick took 1st in the 200, 3rd in the 100 and was a huge part of the 4x100 (2nd) and 4x400 (1st) relays!

MVP of the Meet - Trey Bias Trey had an all a round great meet. He won the 100, took 6th in long jump, and was a key part of the boys 4x100 (2nd) and 4x400 (1st) relays.

MVP of the Meet - Avery Hottovy Avery had a great first meet of her high school career! She finished 1st in the 100m and 200m. Avery was also apart of the 4x100 (2nd) and 4x400 (1st) relays. The girls 4x400 was just 2 seconds off the school record!
