XC runners amaze me. Mile 2 into a race: legs dead, chest burning, all they feel is PAIN… and they keep going. They finish strong. No quit in them. I’m not sure if there is a better way to prepare for life & the real world. Runners GOT GRIT. Real Runners KSXCT&F
