बड़े व्यथित मन के साथ मैं यह कहना चाहता हूं कि एयरटेल की सेवाएं पिछले दो-तीन वर्षों मैं बद से बदतर हो गई हैं। मौजूदा वक्त में तो हालात ऐसे हैं कि 4G का दंभ भरने वाली और तरह-तरह के लोकलुभावन विज्ञापन देने वाली भारती एयरटेल 2G सरीखा इंटरनेट भी नहीं दे पा रही है।

मैं अपनी शिकायत दर्ज कराने के लिए जब कस्टमर केयर नंबर पर कॉल करता था तो मेरी कॉल ही नहीं लगती थी। एयरटेल थैंक्स एप पर भी कोई रिस्पांस नहीं मिलता था मजबूरन आपके शिमला स्थित केयर सेंटर भी गया सिम कार्ड भी बदलवाया लेकिन समस्या जस की तस है।

आप कृपया कर मुझे इतना बता दें कि मेरी समस्या का समाधान होने की कोई संभावना है या नहीं ताकि मैं अपना नंबर समय रहते दूसरे सर्विस प्रोवाइडर में पोर्ट करवा लूं। Airtel Cares TRAI airtel India Bharti Airtel
