The things I've noticed most about this English proficiency mandate is that 90% of Facebook trucking content is absolutely raging with racism. A lot of X is also. Those who are racially profiling are going to find out that many are multi lingual & nothing much is going to happen.

Very true. like a shield to protect from criticism of low standards while getting carte blanche & accolades for helping the underserved. Minorities, Women, Formerly Incarcerated, Immigrants ... They know the warm & fuzzy part of this will protect them from the labor abuse part.

I don't know how many times I need to say this but drivers aren't the general public. If I'm picking up or delivering at your building I should have the same access to the restroom facilities as your employees have.
