Finally finished reading Jarkesy in full, and despite all the Justices' hemming and hawing my central claim about public rights remains:

The evidence issue in the immunity case is the most ungrounded part. It is only by deeply disrespecting jury competency and the role of lay participation that the Court can make these types of claims. And it is particularly jarring coming on the heels of Jarkesy.
